Fugett Labs · Meet Paul

You should be visible.
You don't have the hours.

Paul is your marketing department, run by AI agents and directed by you. He takes what you already have, a recording, a few notes, a win from this week, and turns it into posts, clips, and pages in your voice. Nothing goes out until you approve it.

What Paul Does for Your Business
Visibility
People see you every week.
The customers who would hire you are scrolling right now. Paul keeps your name in front of them, so you're the one they think of when the need shows up.
Voice
It sounds like you.
Paul learns how you talk, what you sell, and who you serve. Every draft starts from your words, not a template.
Consistency
The calendar doesn't go quiet.
A busy month used to mean no posts. Now the work goes out on schedule whether your week was calm or chaotic.
Time
You review. You don't produce.
Your job is to show up and approve. Paul does the cutting, writing, formatting, and scheduling.
Why Marketing Keeps Slipping

You know you should be posting. You have real stories, real results, and real expertise. It just never gets out the door, because the business always comes first.

Good material dies in your head.
The client win, the lesson from Tuesday, the question everybody asks. None of it turns into a post, because writing it up is one more job.
You post in bursts, then disappear.
Three posts in a good week, then nothing for a month. The people watching forget you between bursts.
Hiring an agency means managing an agency.
Briefs, revisions, and content that sounds like somebody else. You end up doing half the work anyway.

Paul doesn't ask you to become a content creator. He takes what you already say and does the rest.

See what Paul would do with your week.

Bring one thing: a recording, a recent win, or the question your customers always ask. On the call we'll sketch what Paul would make from it.

Common Questions
Will it actually sound like me?
That's the whole job. Paul starts from your own words: recordings, notes, past posts, the way you explain things on a call. You review every draft, and your edits teach him, so the voice gets closer every month.
Do I have to be on camera?
No. Video gives Paul the most to work with, which is why our own show is the example on this page. But a voice memo, a written note, or a conversation with a client gives him plenty to build from.
Does anything go out without my approval?
No. Paul drafts and stages. You approve. Only approved work gets scheduled and published.
What does it cost?
One flat monthly fee, sized to how much you want going out and which platforms you're on. I cover the exact number on our call, once we know what you need.
Which platforms do you cover?
LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and your website and blog. Podcast distribution too, if you have a show. We pick the ones where your customers actually are.
Who is Paul?
Paul is the name of our marketing system: a team of AI agents that draft, cut, format, and schedule, directed by Russell. A person is accountable for every engagement, and that person is who you talk to.

Your customers are looking right now.
Let them find you.

Twenty minutes is enough to see whether Paul fits your business.
